2. The offense of insult can be prosecuted only upon the victim's complaint. Since the victim explicitly expressed his intention to revoke the defendant's complaint after the prosecution of this case, the prosecution is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
