Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 24, 2012, the Defendant violated the Food Sanitation Act: (a) around 22:30, at the “D key point” operated by the Defendant in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant provided four customers, including E, F, G, and H, to pay KRW 25,00 per hour, and (b) introduced four customers, including customers I, to allow them to provide entertainment to customers by drinking alcohol with music or dancing; and (c) assisted them to provide entertainment for profit.

2. The owner or employee of a business establishment prohibited from access by or employment to juveniles violating the Juvenile Protection Act shall verify the age of persons who have access to such business establishment and shall prohibit juveniles from entering such business establishment;

Nevertheless, the defendant, at the above date and place, arranged the juvenile E (the age of 18) as a loan to the customer, without verifying the age of E.
