Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the duty of driving B rocketing taxi.

On September 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven the above vehicle on September 22, 2016, while driving the road in front of the “D Chinese house” located in the Heung-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Goju-gu, with a view to the bending away from the bending distance away from the bending distance. As such, the Defendant stopped on three-lanes and let customers board the said vehicle.

In such cases, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by starting a vehicle after taking necessary measures, such as confirming whether a person engaged in driving of a vehicle is free from others on the vehicle, and after starting the vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant started the above vehicle without properly ascertaining whether the victim E (the South and the age of 25) laid the left side of the taxi in order to board the back seat, and the right side of the taxi was finished, without properly checking whether or not the boarding has been completed on the road. The Defendant left the right side of the victim, who is the customer, and caused the victim to go beyond the road.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim by negligence in the above business, such as the right slots that require treatment for about four weeks.
