A Imprisonment for one year, each of the defendants B and C shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, as to Defendant B and C, this shall not apply.

B A A person registered as the owner under subparagraph D in Namyang-si around June 2, 201, Defendant C was registered as the owner under the above subparagraph DF on or around the 1st of the same month, Defendant A was registered as the owner under the above subparagraph D on the same day, and H was the representative director of Company I (hereinafter referred to as “I”), Company I (hereinafter referred to as “I”), Company I’s internal director, and Company L (hereinafter referred to as “L”) which is the selling agency, and Company M was engaged in the sales agency of the above D from May 2, 201, while serving as the owner under the above subparagraph 52 households, respectively.

H, J,K, M, N, etc. entered into a contract with theO to purchase 52 households registered in the name of P from the sale price at a discount of about 30 percent from the purchase price of the above 52 households at the first place of sale and to pay the remainder within one month from the purchase price entrusted by theO on May 201, 201, and 80 households from among the above D 234 households unsold in lots, which were completed at the 1/34 households in the above D 2010, and the above 52 households registered in the name of P were first paid the down payment at the purchase price of the above 52 households at the request of theO to pay the remainder within one month from the purchase price of the above 52 households, and thus, there was no agreement to collect the remainder of the unsold households from theO, and then to appropriate the above unsold tenants by taking over the sale price at a discounted price of the above unsold households as security, and to receive the remainder from the lease and loan deposit, etc. after taking over the proceeds from the above unsold.
