A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one and half years.

Punishment of the crime

Around November 13, 1996, the Defendant, as his wife, went to work together with D and E, who is his wife, and lived with D and E. Around June 10, 2008, when he was living with the support for basic livelihood support recipients, D and D, his wife, who is a large father around June 10, 2008, went to work, and E, who is a small father around November 27, 201, continued to go to communicate with E, and around March 201, the Defendant became aware of the place where D is living and the company working for the said D, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually assaulted the victim.

2. Intimidation;

A.
