Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant: (a) entices a customer through softs; (b) informs a customer of an amount unfastened in excess of the actual purchase price of a vehicle for the purpose of machines; and (c) does not receive brokerage fees.

1. Fraud;
A. On June 17, 2017, the Defendant arranged the victim E to purchase a G Spo vehicle located in the “D” office located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, for the purchase of a F-owned vehicle, and the said vehicle was sold in KRW 21 million, and there was no fee for sales mediation.
