1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one and half years;

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2014 Highest 2341" is the representative director of LAC corporation located in Busan Shipping Daegu, and the actual manager of LAC corporation who actually runs the ship design business.

1. The Defendant’s payment of wages and retirement allowances to retired workers is not of KRW 11,783,154 in total, including wages and bonuses, from around March 4, 2013 to around July 31, 2014, despite that the employee AO, who worked for the said company, retired from office around July 31, 2014, the Defendant paid all money, goods, and retirement allowances, such as wages and allowances, from around December 2, 2013 to July 2014, the Defendant did not pay KRW 11,783,154 in addition to the previous AO’s payment of KRW 8,751,419 in total, including retirement allowances and retirement allowances, from around July 2013 to around July 2014.

3. The part part of D, 10. E, 21. F, 28. G, 41. H, 42. I (Dismissal prior to the opening of names), and 51. K did not pay 65,830,366 won in total for workers 48 workers within 14 days from the date of occurrence of the reasons for payment without any agreement or any other special circumstance on the extension of the payment deadline between the parties.

2. The fact that wages are unpaid to employed workers shall be paid at least once a month on a fixed date;

Provided, That this shall not apply to extraordinary wages, allowances, or other similar payments, or those wages prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Although the Defendant paid wages, etc. to a worker AP who had worked in the company from around November 19, 201 to the said company on the 25th day of the following month, the said company’s regular payment of wages, etc., the Defendant did not pay KRW 25,795,815 in total, such as wages and bonuses, on the 25th day of the following month from around December 2013 to October 2014, and did not pay KRW 1,415,037,250 in total, as in the attached Form “the details of the money and valuables in arrears”, at least once a month.

The defendant of "2015 Highest 274" is to Busan Maritime Transportation Daegu.
