The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On October 15, 2017, the Defendant committed assault, such as: (a) around the roads of the C Hospital located in Gwangju Seo-gu, Gwangju; (b) disregarding the male who called the victim D (at the age of 22), disregarding whether he was a male who was called the victim D (at the age of 22) on the roads of the C Hospital located in Gwangju-gu; and (c) taking the victim’s head into consideration the victim’s head, leading the victim’s head and head for about two minutes, and leading the victim’s head for about two minutes.

2. Determination

(a) Applicable legal provisions: Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act;

(b) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.

C. On April 20, 2018, the victim D’s expression of intent that he/she would not want punishment against the defendant.

(d) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
