All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment on the Defendant’s ground of appeal in light of the evidence duly admitted by the lower court, it is justifiable to have determined that the lower court convicted the Defendant of the remainder of the facts charged except for obstruction of business with respect to Attached Table 3 of the first instance judgment among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds stated in its reasoning. In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the concept of outdoor assembly in the crime of interference with business, the scope of legitimate union activities and strike, legitimate act, self-defense or expectation of lawful act, etc.

2. Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment on the grounds of appeal by the prosecutor in light of the records, the lower court is justifiable to have rendered a not-guilty verdict on the ground that business obstruction of the attached list 3 of the first instance judgment among the facts charged in the instant case did not constitute an offense. In so doing, it did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the crime of interference with business,

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
