The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the reasons for appeal is too unreasonable that the punishment of imprisonment (one year of imprisonment) of the original judgment is too unreasonable.

2. In full view of the fact that the amount of damage is about KRW 134 million, that is not agreed with the victim, that commits the instant crime to raise the gambling fund, and all other matters concerning the sentencing specified in the records and arguments of the instant case, the judgment of the court below is reasonable, and the Defendant’s assertion is without merit.

3. Therefore, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act, since the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
