1. Of the instant lawsuits, the respective claims against the Plaintiff and the successor of the Plaintiff regarding the claim against the Gwangju American Credit Union.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant’s lending of money 1) National Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “National Bank”)

On March 6, 200, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 10 million to the Defendant on March 6, 2001 at the repayment date, at the rate of 13.5% per annum, and at the rate of delay interest rate of 19.0% per annum, and on August 23, 2000, additionally loaned KRW 10 million to the Defendant on August 23, 2000.

B. On December 12, 2007, a national bank filed a lawsuit against the defendant for a loan claim with the Gwangju District Court Decision 2007Da310647, and on October 12, 2007, "the defendant shall pay 19% interest per annum from October 6, 2007 to December 5, 2007, and 20% interest per annum from the next day to December 2007, and 20% interest per annum from 30% interest per annum from the next day to the day of full payment." C. On June 21, 2013, the transfer of the right to claim a loan against the Defendant was transferred to the Plaintiff on June 21, 2013, and the national bank also transferred the right to claim a loan against the Defendant on July 5, 2013.
