1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable.
A. Plaintiff A’s KRW 50,800,000 and the year from June 7, 2015 to September 29, 2017.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. If so, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the Plaintiff A 50,800,00 won with 5% interest per annum from June 7, 2015 to September 29, 2017; and 15% interest per annum from the next day to the date of full payment; 27,450,000 won with 5% interest per annum from October 20 to September 29, 2017; 15% interest per annum from the next day to the date of full payment; 24,00,000 won with 24,00,000 won with 15% interest per annum from June 29, 2015 to September 29, 2017; and each order shall be issued with 15% interest per annum.
