Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 4, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of seven million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Ulsan District Court on May 4, 2016, and was sentenced to a fine of seven million won for the same crime in the same court on October 12, 2018.
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-Wood vehicle.
On September 29, 2019, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.255% on blood alcohol level around 22:00 on September 29, 201, while driving the said vehicle without a driver’s license, and driving the said vehicle on a one-lane road C in Yangsan City, at the 35-lane away from the northwest distance.
Since there is a center line of yellow solid lines, in such cases, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to thoroughly operate the entire city and to safely operate the car line.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused the injury to the victim F, who was on board the top of the vehicle driving by the victim D (hereinafter referred to as 27 years of age), on the part of the left side of the vehicle driving by the victim D (hereinafter referred to as 27 years of age), to the front side of the left side of the vehicle driving by the defendant, and caused the victim D to the victim F, who was on board the above top of the vehicle driving for about two weeks of low-speed, to suffer from the injury of the cryp, tension, tension, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks.
The Defendant was driving a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol, thereby causing injury to people, and driving a motor vehicle without a driver's license under the influence of alcohol.
