Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 06:25, at the bus stops located in the new wall market, Kimhae-si, 2351-ro, Kimhae-si, 2351 (the age of 59), brought an injury to the victim by taking approximately two weeks on the part of the victim, (b) while disputing that the victim B (the age of 59) was taking one’s own step, “the victim’s body was taken by hand during the cryp, etc.; (c) cryp the victim’s body in hand; and (d) cryp the victim’s body by taking the part on the part of the victim, and (d) cryping the victim’s neck by taking the part on the victim.
