Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is the representative director of the “stock company I” of the “stock company,” and Defendant B is the chief of the production control division of the said company from September 20, 2005 to October 2012, 2012. Defendant C has worked as the chief of the distribution department of “K of the stock company,” who is a food materials distributor in the JJ from September 20, 2005 to October 1, 2012. Defendant D is the representative director of “N of the stock company,” who is the food materials distributor in the Hanam-si.
1. Foods, etc., for which the standards for the violation of the Food Sanitation Act as indicated in Defendant A and B are determined, shall not be sold unless they are indicated in compliance with the standards. In indicating the quantity of content, food packed with liquid prior to intake shall indicate the weight of food excluding liquid, and the error of error between the quantity indicated in the fishery products and the actual quantity is 5%.
Nevertheless, around March 1, 2012, at the second factory of "Co., Ltd. A. Defendant C’s breach of trust, around 19:00 on February 2, 2012, had the Defendant supply frozen fishery products, such as freezing and sprinkling, sold from A to “stock company I” in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government P, 5% of the monthly sales.
