1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

The amount of damages is KRW 18,480,00 per month (i.e., KRW 770,00 per month x KRW 24 months from June 20, 2019), KRW 350,00 (the wall part of May 30, 2019), KRW 300,000, KRW 10,800, KRW 29,930,000 for mental suffering.

The plaintiff seeks payment of damages against the defendant.

The plaintiff is separately changing the cause of the claim into a preparatory document dated June 1, 2020.
