1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;
(b) 533,765 Won and 525,995 of its members;
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff is a corporation established for the purpose of contributing to the development of the national economy by promoting the improvement of national housing life through the construction, supply, management, etc. of housing, and thus concluding a lease contract as a lessee with respect to housing, and then performing the business of leasing an existing house to the “minimum income group in the downtown desired for support” so that it can carry out a stable residential life with the current income.
B. On July 11, 2019, the Defendant: (a) with respect to the real estate listed in the separate sheet owned by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “the instant housing”) as indicated in the [Attachment List owned by the Plaintiff in the method of lease on a deposit basis of KRW 55,00,000; (b) KRW 2,750,000; and (c) the monthly rent to be paid to the Plaintiff is 65,310 (the last day of each month: Provided, That if the initial date is not the first day of each month, but the initial date is not the beginning or ending on the last day of each month, the initial date shall be calculated on a daily basis); (c) the lease period (the sublease period is from July 23, 2019 to July 22, 2021; and (d) the Defendant concluded a lease agreement with the Plaintiff on a deposit basis, monthly rent, management fee, public charge for at least three months, etc., and entered into a lease agreement with the Plaintiff on a deposit basis at each of this case.
C. The Defendant did not pay the monthly rent of approximately eight months from August 2019 to March 2020 under the instant lease agreement, as follows: (a) KRW 533,765 (total sum of the principal to be attempted, KRW 525,95, total sum of KRW 7,770).
