A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 3, 2005, the defendant sentenced the Seoul Southern District Court to five years of imprisonment for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Fraud), and completed the execution of the sentence on September 22, 2010.

1. Crimes against victims C;

A. On January 2013, the Defendant displayed the Defendant’s purchase price table of the medium-and-medium mobile phone at the cell phone sales store located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “I would like to sell the medium phone to I would like to sell the medium phone to I would like to sell the medium phone and divide its profits by one half of each other when I would like to purchase the medium phone with a higher unit price as I would like to look at the base price table.”

In fact, there was no Chinese language to purchase a second-hand mobile phone from the defendant, and there was no intention or ability to divide the profits to the victim by selling a second-hand mobile phone that the victim purchased.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received from the victim the total amount of KRW 95,637,00 from around that time to May 2013 the total market price of KRW 754 of the mid- and long-term mobile phones, and acquired it by deception.

B. On February 2, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant purchased a mobile phone amount and would have a lot of profits from selling it.” The Defendant would sell it to the Plaintiff, and make profits from selling it. In so doing, it would be possible for the Defendant to make profits from selling it.”

The fact is that the defendant did not have the intention or ability to divide the profits into the victim by selling the mobile phone image that the victim has purchased.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, obtained a total of 15,00,000 market values of the mobile phone at around that time from the victim and obtained the victim’s total of 150,000 market values.
