A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 3, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim C on the following grounds: (a) around 18:20 on March 3, 2018, on the part of the victim C, on the ground that the conversation between the victim C (64 years) who served and served in the back of the building in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the victim C (64 years of age) who served in the direction was not in mind. On May 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the Victim F, at the entrance of H in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on May 12:02, 2018, the Defendant: (b) committed assault against the Victim F, such as the victim F (37 years of age) who was working as a staff member of H order keeping the H order, who was able to take an entrance from the Victim F (37 years of age) on the ground that he/she dices alcohol; and (c) was able to take the entrance on one occasion; (d) the victim’s upper part of the victim’s right part with the entrance of the victim’s right part; and (e) the victim’s blue part with the right part of the victim’s blue.

3. Counterfeiting a private signature and exercising a signature on the investigation;

A. On May 26, 2018, at around 13:17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the police box located in Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul, the Defendant informed K of the name and resident registration number of the Defendant who was arrested by the police box affiliated with the Seoul Jung-gu Police Station J police station as an offender and requested personal information from K to be arrested as the current offender; and (b) made K prepare a confirmation letter and a written confirmation of the suspect’s body confirmation of the arrested and detained suspect; (c) written the confirmation letter with the color tag and the confirmation letter on the person’s body confirmation column of the arrested and detained suspect; and (d) marked the Defendant’s personal seal next to it.

Accordingly, the defendant puts his signature on the other person respectively for the purpose of exercising his right.

B. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, at the place specified in Paragraph 3-A, submitted a confirmation stating the signature of the forged other person, and a written confirmation of the suspect’s body under arrest and detention to the police officer K as if they were duly formed.
