Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2016 Highest 1277"
1. On March 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) sought money from a cash instrument using a passbook in the name of the Defendant, but did not withdraw money due to an error in the password; (b) the victim C (44 years old) carrying an animal in his/her seat with the Defendant “I would like to find no money due to his/her planned change in the password”; and (c) the victim C (44 years old) with a knife knife (9cm in length, 8cm in knife length, knife), which is a dangerous thing held by the Defendant, was put one time in the victim’s head part.
As a result, the defendant carried dangerous objects with the victim about two weeks of medical treatment, which requires two-time medical treatment.
2. On March 24, 2016, the Defendant was arrested on the grounds specified in paragraph 1 at the cell of the Daegu North Korean Police Station in the 100-gu, Daegu North Korean Police Station on March 24, 2016, and was subject to inspection, such as belongings, from E (n, 32 years of age) by the victim police station D affiliated with the Daegu North Korean Police Station D.
