Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who intends to engage in credit business in violation of the Act on Registration of Credit Business, etc. and Protection of Financial Users shall register with the competent authority, and shall not collect interest exceeding 30 percent per annum, if an unregistered credit service provider lends a loan;
around February 8, 2012, the Defendant: (a) provided E-Wenz S 500 vehicles and 10 minutes per month with 10% interest on E-Wenz S 500 vehicles and 3 freezings in front of the D Hospital located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu; and (b) agreed to lend 25 million won to E with 1.5 million won on a monthly basis; and (c) delivered 2.5 million won after deducting 2.5 million won from the 1-month interest on the same day to June 4, 2012; (d) provided money to E, F, and G for five times in total, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, without registering with the competent authorities; and (e) received interest exceeding the legal interest rate of 30% per year.
2. Embezzlement;
A. On February 8, 2012, the Defendant leased 25 million won to E with the same day interest and 2.5 million won after deducting 2.5 million won from the same day interest, on the condition that he/she was provided as security the 10th of a vehicle in the name of H 500 vehicle in the name of H S 500 and the 10th of a month in the name of H in the name of H in the name of H, which he/she found in need of water supply in front of the D Hospital located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, and that he/she was provided with the 10th of a month.
While the Defendant kept two above vehicles provided as security by E, around May 20, the Defendant borrowed 6 million won from J in front of the used cars trade in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, as a collateral, and transferred the above sealed and Ⅲ freezing to J as a collateral. On June 2012, 201, the Defendant borrowed 18 million won from K at the above place as above at the early as of June 2012, transferred the above benz car to K as a collateral.
