Punishment of the crime

While the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content 0.121% in blood, on December 10, 2016, the Defendant driven B rocketing car on the road of approximately 67 meters in front of the same New Capital Club from the shop in Seongbuk-gu, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Seoul, to the front day of the said New Capital Club.
