1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On June 25, 2003, the defendant is a housing reconstruction and consolidation project association established after obtaining authorization for the establishment from the South Yangyang-si market to implement the housing reconstruction project (hereinafter “the instant project”) using the D Day as the project implementation district of Nam-si, Namyang-si. The plaintiffs owned the real estate listed in the attached Table that was located in the instant project district.

B. On March 21, 2007, the defendant applied for parcelling-out and the defendant for parcelling-out and the management disposition plan for the defendant, and the defendant applied for parcelling-out to the defendant on July 26, 2007 after obtaining an authorization for the implementation of the project from the Namyang-ju market. The period of application for parcelling-out from July 31, 2007 to August 30, 2007 was determined and notified, and on August 29, 2007, the plaintiff extended the period of application for parcelling-out to September 9, 2007. 2) The plaintiff applied for parcelling-out to the defendant on August 29, 2007, within the period of application for parcelling-out and the plaintiff B applied for parcelling-out to the defendant on August 28, 2007, within the period of application for parcelling-out.

3) On November 23, 2007, the Defendant held an extraordinary general meeting and decided on a management and disposal plan, and obtained authorization from the Namyang-ju market on December 31, 2007. According to the above management and disposal plan, the Plaintiffs are not included in a person subject to cash settlement, and they are required to conclude a sales contract within 30 days from the date of drawing the same subparagraph, and the date of drawing the same subparagraph was January 11, 2008.
