Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Justice] On March 9, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Western District Court (Seoul Western District Court on March 9, 2006) three times, and the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. at the Suwon District Court on December 21, 201 and completed the execution of the sentence in Gwangju Prison on June 20, 201.

【Criminal Facts】

2. 주거침입 및 절도 피고인은 2013. 3. 21. 12:17경 서울 마포구 F에 있는 피해자 G의 집앞에 이르러, 담을 넘어 위 집 마당에 침입한 후 시정하지 않은 화장실 창문을 열고 집안으로 들어가 피해자 소유의 현대 BLU맴버스카드 1장, 데스크탑 컴퓨터 1개, 삼성스피커 1개, 파나소닉 음원플레이어 1개, 디스켓 3개, 갤럭시S2 휴대폰 1개, 구찌열쇠지갑 1개, 맥가이버칼 1개, 카드지갑 1개, 현대카드 1장, 우리은행 신용카드 1장, 미래에셋카드 1장, 은행 보안카드 4장, 목걸이시계 1개, 휴대폰 이어폰 1개, 골프악세사리 1개, 손목시계 1개, 우편물 1장, 신한은행서류 2장, 영수증 2장 등을 가지고 나와 절취하였다.
