Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding nine hundred thousand won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the head of the redevelopment and rearrangement project partnership in Nam-gu, Busan, and the F is the representative of the above partnership.

1. The Defendant altered private documents: (a) within the office of the office of the redevelopment and consolidation project association for E housing located in Nam-gu Busan Metropolitan City, on August 30, 2015; and (b) as if the meeting of the promoters held on November 29, 2013 and March 26, 2014 was held normally, the Defendant kept the documents at the same time for the purpose of meeting the quorum of the proceedings as if the meeting of the promoters held on March 26,

On November 29, 2013, the list of the participants of the promotion committee included in the meeting data of the promotion committee was removed, and the list of the participants of the promotion committee newly prepared in the relevant place was attached. On March 26, 2014, the "O" of the purport that signature was affixed to the column for confirmation of the participation of the members present at the promotion committee meeting included in the meeting data of the promotion committee prepared on March 26, 2014 or submitted a written resolution in the written resolution column was deleted and kept, thereby altering the above meeting data of the promotion committee, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The defendant who has damaged property was kept at the above time and place in order to make the same contents as that of the annual list of the participants present at the promotion committee altered under paragraph (1).

On November 29, 2013 and March 26, 2014, five copies of the written resolution in the name of the promoters included in the meeting data of the promotion committee were to be effective by tearing.

3. On February 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) issued private documents altered as stated in paragraph 1 (the first meeting data of the promotion committee in 2013, and the data of the promotion committee in 2014) to the F, who requested the disclosure of information within the office of the redevelopment and improvement project association for E housing located in Nam-gu, Busan, Busan; and (b) held such private documents as if they were genuine.

4. The head of a promotion committee or an executive officer of a cooperative in violation of the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Residential Environments shall, upon receiving a request for inspection or copying under Article 81 (6) of the same Act, not allow him/her to peruse or copy any false information;

Nevertheless, the Defendant is in Busan Southern-gu G in February 2016.
