1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

2. In relation to the inspection, the Plaintiff, in consultation with the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea, (H) operated the inspection of the instant case on a sole basis without complying with its commitment to operate the inspection of the instant case and signed and sealed.
