A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

【Criminal Facts】

On December 18, 2018, at around 23:09, the Defendant driven a F-crack-type car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.098% at a section of about 500 meters from the front of the C in Gwangju Mine-gu to the front of the E-high school located in the same Gu.

Accordingly, the Defendant again driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol in violation of Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act as a person who violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act more than twice.
