Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand won.

Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a holder of Bran XG car.

No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, at around 14:44 on May 16, 2010, the Defendant operated the said car on the front side of GMwa Holdings located in the GMwadong, and on the 24th day of the same month, around 11:33 on the 24th day of the same month, the Defendant operated the said car, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, respectively.
