Defendant
A on October 27, 2017, with respect to the Goyang Branch of the Jung-gu District Court, sentenced three years of suspension of execution to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving), and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 4, 2017, and Defendant B received a summary order of KRW 4 million of fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-driving) from the Jung-gu District Court's Goyang Branch on November 29, 2013.
1. Defendant A’s crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (Unlicensed Driving) on February 29, 2020 (2020 order 972) [Defendant A] operated the E-Belgium car without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 19 km from February 29, 2020 up to 13:25 on the same day from the D neighborhood located in Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Busan on February 13:0, 2020 on the road at the same time.
2. Defendants’ respective crimes on June 24, 2020 [20 high-ranking 1866]
A. On June 24, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Crime of Dangerous Driving, etc.) (Crime of Dangerous Driving, etc.) committed each of the following offenses: (a) Around 01:49, the Defendant driven a Fworket car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.167%, and (b) had driven a Fworket car at a speed of about 60 km from the front side of the court/Eup/Myeon in the speed of Si/Eup/Myeon at a speed of 1:60km depending on one lane.
