Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing taxi.

On January 23, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 7:55, and got to turn to the right at the Daejeon Line Hospital while driving on the two-lane road in front of the D control point in the front of the Dae-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, the two-lane from the fourth distance in the middle to the middle of the village, at a speed of about 40 to 50km, the Defendant came to turn to the left at the intersection.

At this point, there is an intersection with a signal apparatus, and there was a safety sign prohibiting the left-hand turn on the signal apparatus, so the person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to drive according to the indication instructed by the safety sign.

Nevertheless, due to the negligence of failing to make a left-hand turn in violation of the direction indicating the safety sign, the vehicle has been driven by one lane in the same direction as the mad vehicle.

E-Operation's Funchynasi's upper part of the front part of the wheel of the vehicle was shocked with the front part of the left side of the vehicle.

Ultimately, Defendant G (V, 22 years old) who was on the back seat of the said taxi due to the above occupational negligence suffered injury to Defendant G (V, 22 years old) due to the open situation where treatment between about 20 days is required.
