The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Summary of the grounds for appeal: Sentencing (a fine of four million won is imposed);

In full view of the judgment, the decision of the court below is acceptable, and the sentencing conditions under Article 51 of the Criminal Act are all together with the following factors: (a) the defendant's negligence is recognized; and (b) the circumstances under which the defendant is under poor circumstances; (c) the blood alcohol concentration was very high (0.174%); and (d) the harmful effects of drinking driving are serious; and (e) the sentencing conditions under Article 51 of the Criminal Act are equally applied. 3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
