Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 01:30 on August 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) requested to provide medical treatment in an emergency room of the previous North Korean University Hospital Hospital located in Seojin-gu, Jinjin-gu, Seoul; (b) the victim C, who is a general manager or employee, was asked for personal information of the Defendant; and (c) returned to the emergency room the inside of the emergency room; and (d) interfered with the victim’s duties of receiving emergency medical treatment at night by force for about 15 minutes, such as threatening the victim with microphones located in the early medical area of the emergency room and threatenings the victim, by force.

2. Performance of official duties;

A. At the time and place set forth in Paragraph 1, the Defendant reported the Defendant’s above interference with the business, and sent out to the slope E belonging to the Seoul Metropolitan Area D District District of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Station, which prevented the Defendant from acting, and called “Chewing gue, Mada......................................., the Defendant sent back the victim’s chests

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers on the maintenance of public order and order in the jurisdiction.

B. The Defendant is subject to paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article.

On August 15, 2014, after being arrested as a flagrant offender on charges of interference with business and obstruction of performance of official duties, the act like the same as the preceding paragraph was committed on August 15, 2014.
