A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B

A. From November 2009, E works as a head of a business office attracting customers at an entertainment establishment with the trade name of 43 square meters in the area of 1464 square meters of the 1st floor of the F building in Busan Shipping-gu, Busan, as a business office attracting customers, and I works as a head of a business office responsible for the operation and management of the business office.

B. E, I, and J: (a) against female employees, including K and L, who have access to a business establishment for business purposes, engaged in commercial sex acts after receiving 200,000 won of commercial sex acts; (b) among them, 20,000 won are invited to arrange commercial sex acts by receiving referral fees; and (c) around February 16, 2012, upon receiving 20,000 won from L and K to receive 20,000 won of commercial sex acts against customers who have access to the business establishment; and (d) around February 23, 2012, they arranged commercial sex acts by receiving 20,000 won of each commission.

C. Defendant B is the above.

B. From November 2009, the building indicated in the port was leased to employ J as a business president and operated “G” and “H” entertainment tavern. As to the duties of Defendant B, J, employee E, I, K, and L, an employee of “G” and “H” entertainment tavern.

As described in the paragraph, sexual traffic has been arranged against unspecified men entering the above business establishment.

2. Defendant A, from November 6, 2009, had 62 guest rooms on the 7th floor of Busan Shipping Daegu M in Busan, and operated the lodging establishment of “N”, and Defendant A, around February 16, 2012, around 23:00, around 23:00.

As described in the port, K and L provided places for commercial sex acts with unspecified customers so that commercial sex acts can be conducted with them.
