1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff B is the spouse of the deceased A (hereinafter "the deceased"), and the plaintiff C, D, and E are the children of the deceased.

The defendant is a doctor who provides an outdoor medical treatment at the “H Hospital” located in Seo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City.

B. On December 22, 2015, the Defendant’s medical treatment and surgery process for the Deceased (1) was conducted to the right knee in the event of usual walking, and the Deceased was inspected to the Defendant’s hospital on December 22, 2015. Accordingly, the defendant recommended the deceased to conduct a knee-skne-sle-sleing operation for the mission of the deceased's body.

(2) On January 18, 2016, the Deceased was scheduled to be hospitalized in the above hospital and undergo an operation. At the time, the Defendant requested I from the medical specialist within the son whose blood value was high as a result of the diagnosis of the Deceased.
