A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 31, 2019, the Defendant, at around 20:10, taken photographs of the body of the victim, such as buckbucks, paper fucks, etc., from around 14:41 on a total of eight occasions, using devices with similar functions, such as a camera or other similar function, from around 20:10 to around 14:41 on July 2019, the Defendant took photographs of the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame, against the intent of the subject of taking pictures.
