The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Around 11:44 on January 9, 2020, the Defendant assaulted the victim on the ground that the victim D (year 72) was parked even after the victim D’s vehicle was parked on the front of the C Welfare Center located in the Gunsan City B, by “Choe de decule”, the victim’s timber and the chest part of the right blue part of the blue part of the victim’s body, and continuously tight the victim’s body part over the floor.

2. On June 10, 2020, after the prosecution of this case was initiated, the victim dismissed his/her wish not to punish the defendant (Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act).
