A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall pay 148,94,096 won to the applicant for compensation by fraud.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant operated the interior construction and the wholesale business of construction materials with the trade name of G from Gwangju North-gu.

The Defendant, around December 22, 2012, at the office E office of the victim I located in Gwangju Northern-gu, the Defendant: “I would like to pay the amount to the Defendant with a promissory note if I supply materials, such as fire dice dys and other materials necessary for the construction of a dormitory in the J dormitory.
