A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 26, 2014, at around 14:48, the Defendant taken the bucks of the victim’s name-free boxes, who suffered short fucks using the Defendant’s cellular phone function, in an influorial bus in operation of the fluoral bus located in the Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon.

2. On May 6, 2014, at around 18:25, the Defendant: (a) stored the Defendant’s cell phone with a short fluorial function in a fluorial bus operating in the Dong-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon; (b) recorded the Defendant’s cell phone with a short fluorial function under the fluorial box of the victim’s name in which the fluorial function was loaded; and (c)

3. The Defendant, while residing in Daejeon Middle-gu C907, was placed in a house to get a director.

On June 8, 2014, around 14:34, 2014, the Defendant kept the victim’s name in a short radius, and taken the victim’s buck and bucks using the Defendant’s cell phone function.

4. On July 4, 2014, around 20:54, the Defendant: (a) placed the Defendant’s cell phone with a short flab function in the company of the Daejeon Jung-gu D apartment 501 unit; (b) recorded the Defendant’s cell phone with a short flab function under the flab of the victim’s name unclaimed box; and (c) taken the victim’s her mbbbbbuck with the lower part.

5. On July 21, 2014, around 18:32, the Defendant taken a photograph of the part of the bridge of the victim’s name unclaimed boxes coming from the short half of the entrance No. 4 in the Dong-dong, Daejeon-dong, Daejeon, using the Defendant’s cell phone function loaded on the Defendant’s cell phone.

The Defendant taken the body of another person, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, over five times in total, against his will, using the camera.
