1. As a result of examining the legitimacy of the judgment of the court of first instance by taking account of the Plaintiff’s grounds for appeal and the evidence submitted by the parties, the court’s explanation on this case is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420

2. As such, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance with the same conclusion is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
