1. The Seoul Southern District Court was drawn up on June 25, 2013 with respect to the distribution of the auction of real estate B.

1. Basic facts

A. On January 5, 2007, 200, 400,000, and 1,540,000,000 on February 29, 2008, the Savings Bank (hereinafter “Exemplary Savings Bank”) extended loans to Nonparty C to Nonparty C. On February 29, 2008, in order to secure the above loan obligations, on February 29, 2008, C completed the registration of creation of a mortgage on the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “Real Estate 1” and the real estate listed in paragraph (2) in the separate sheet (hereinafter “Real Estate 2”) in which C had already completed the registration of creation of a mortgage on the E Apartment Aggregate Building 14 in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

B. The registration of creation of a mortgage for each of the above units of real estate was completed with the registration of creation of a mortgage of KRW 1,920,000,000,000 out of the total amount of KRW 1,980,000,000,000 according to each of the respective appraisal prices of the unit divided buildings (including each of the real estate indicated in the attached list) of the apartment apartment units, setting the amount equivalent to a certain percentage of the amount as the maximum debt amount. The registration of creation of a mortgage for each of the above units of real estate and the second real estate was completed with the maximum debt amount of KRW 186,00,00

C. C: (a) from September 2009 to February 201, 201, sold 12 bonds of E apartment-united building 12; (b) repaid the loan from the proceeds of sale; and (c) terminated the contract to establish a mortgage on the relevant divided ownership building; and (d) cancelled the registration of establishment of a mortgage

On February 2, 2011, the first real estate and the second real estate remain as C, and the registration of establishment of a neighboring mortgage remains as C.

(e) The current status of the establishment registration of neighboring real estate and second real estate shall be as follows:

As of May 16, 2008, the first priority in real estate 2: (a) the debtor, who created the right to collateral security (No. 38694), created the right to collateral security (No. 175,500,000 won); (b) the debtor, who created the right to collateral security (No. 38700), collected the debtor, who created the right to collateral security (No. 175,500,000 won), and transferred the right to collateral security (No. 2258, Apr. 19, 2012) to the Korea Asset Management Corporation.
