A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BM7 car.

On August 9, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car on the front of the North-side shooting distance located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si on August 03:38, 2015, and came to turn to the left at approximately 60 kilometers per hour from the front side of the north-west, Kimpo-si.

Since there is a place where a two-way lane and left-hand turn are located as an intersection, the driver engaged in driving of the motor vehicle has to go straight along the straight lane, and there was a duty of care to drive the motor vehicle safely following the vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and went to the left at the right-hand edge of the said SM7 car, which the Defendant was driving by the victim C (W, 38 tax) who was driving in accordance with the two straight-side lanes in the same direction, and was driving by the Defendant on the front side of the driver's seat in the cooza driver car.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, sustained injury to the victim C, such as scood scood scood scood, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and at the same time, escaped without immediately stopping a vehicle of the cood scood to take necessary measures, even though the said cood scood scood scood scood scoods
