The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.

1. The sentence of the lower court to the accused (six months of imprisonment) on the summary of the grounds of appeal is too uncomfortable and unreasonable.

In light of the fact that the defendant committed each of the crimes of this case during the period of repeated crime due to the same crime, although the criminal liability of the defendant was not weak, the defendant did not have any record of punishment before the previous conviction in the judgment, the crime of larceny against the victim E was committed, and the victim did not want the punishment of the defendant, and the victim did not want the punishment of the defendant by agreement with the victimJ, and the victim does not want the punishment again in depth and did not repeat again, considering all the sentencing conditions in the records and arguments of this case, it is not recognized that the sentence imposed by the court below is too unreasonable.
