1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 231,00,000 for the Plaintiff and KRW 15% per annum from May 9, 2019 to May 31, 2019; and (b).

Indication of claim: On December 17, 2014, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a service contract for permission of mountainous district conversion, building reports, and prior environmental review services (the first service contract for KRW 136 million; hereinafter the same shall apply) with respect to the services for permission to change a mushroom farming complex, etc. at the same place into a house on June 2015 (the second service contract for KRW 150 million; hereinafter the same shall apply) and even after the completion of each service by the Plaintiff, the Defendant did not pay KRW 136 million with the total amount of KRW 156 million, and KRW 50 million with the total amount of KRW 286 million, and KRW 500,000,000,000,000,000 for the second service, Article 157, Paragraph 38, the former Civil Procedure Act’s holding that the payment shall not be made (the second service).

3. Partial dismissal: An amendment of the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings to the statutory interest rate shall be 12% per annum.
