The reasoning of the court's explanation concerning this case is that the part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is stated in the same part of the judgment, except where the court of first instance, "the plaintiff" as "the defendant", "the defendant" as "the plaintiff", "the defendant" as "the plaintiff," and "the 43 million won" as "the 73 million won" as "the 20 million won in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
