[Status and Criminal Power of the Defendant and Q] Defendant A is a person who serves as the vice president of the headquarters of civil engineering projects of the R Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “R”) from January 2007 to December 201 and takes charge of overall control over the headquarters of civil engineering projects, including the formulation and execution of a bid participation plan for civil engineering works, the process of contracted construction works, and field management.

Q is a person who has served as a director of the headquarters for civil engineering and technology and business groups of the above S during the period from March 1, 2008 to February 2010 and is in charge of the investigation and reporting of business, acceptance of orders, and ascertaining the status of participation of competitors in construction.

D is a person in charge of the overall control of the company, such as the annual target management of construction contracts, attendance of the president meeting of the ordering agency, the presence of the board of directors, the evaluation of performance, and personnel affairs, while serving as the representative director of the T stock company (hereinafter referred to as “T”) from January 2007 to March 2012.
