1. A thief: (a) around 15:00 on May 20, 2014, at the “D” parking lot located in Gunsan City, the Defendant opened a door in which the victim E owned by the victim E, who was parked therein, was not corrected; and (b) carried a credit card copy of the “stibank Haaks” owned by the victim who was kept inside and outside of the driver’s seat.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. On May 20, 2014, the Defendant attempted to commit fraud: (a) took the same attitude in “H” located in Gunsan-si G, Gunsan-si; (b) ordered the victim I, who is an employee, to pay for food normally; and (c) ordered 78,200 won in total, including the market price of the victim’s 2 plate.

However, as stated in Paragraph 1, the defendant only thought that he would make payment with the stolen E credit card, and did not have an intention or ability to pay the above amount normally.

The Defendant presented the above E’s credit card to the victim as one of his card, thereby withdrawing property benefits equivalent to KRW 78,200, but did not commit an attempted act due to a credit card payment error.

At around 01:40 on February 2, 2015, the Defendant, “2015 Godan186,” went into the territory of the Republic of Korea through a entrance that had not been corrected at the time of the "K Hospital for the Victims” located in Seo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on February 2, 2015, and cut off KRW 650,000 (one hundred thousand won per day, fifty thousand won per day, fifty-three won per day, and one hundred and fifty-five won per day) in cash, which is the ownership of the victim.
