Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 16, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of one million won or more as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act from the Ulsan District Court on December 16, 2008, and a summary order of two million won or more as a fine in the same court on September 3, 2010.

On February 3, 2014, at around 23:29, the Defendant driven a B-to-purd vehicle from approximately 500 meters in front of the KBS broadcasting station located in the same Dong from the Do near the Yellow Gun cafeteria located in Ulsan-gu, Busan-do under the influence of alcohol by 0.125% of alcohol concentration.
