Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 7, 2011, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's Netcheon Branch, and a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for the same crime at the Gwangju District Court on September 17, 2013.

On April 27, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.062% of blood alcohol concentration at around 09:21, the Defendant driven CCW5 cars at approximately 5km from the front of the YY-dong YY-dong modern department store to the front of the YY-dong YY-dong YY-dong YY-dong, Gwangju to the front of the Gecheoncheon-dong Macheon-dong YM
