A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

At around 17:20 on April 15, 2019, the Defendant was found to have been in the police and D (the police officers 41 years old, hereinafter referred to as the "police officers") who were on the patrol while getting on the patrol while driving a Cpool on the front of the Bpool apartment on the road of Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, while driving the Cpool on the 17:20th day of Apr. 15, 2019, the Defendant was found to have been at the police and the D (the police officers 41 years old, hereinafter referred to as the "the 41 year old police officers") who were on the patrol while getting on the patrol, and there was a concern about the violation of the signal and drinking, driving the drinking, and taking the patrol in the vicinity of the Defendant's residence.

On April 15, 2019, at around 17:30 on April 17, 2019, the Defendant: (a) before the Defendant’s house located in the Kimhae-si, the Defendant demanded a police officer, who discovered the Defendant’s movement in the Otoba, to know and stop a signal violation; and (b) as such, the Defendant started driving the Oba Si in order to avoid control as to whether the police officer complies with this request; (c) even if the police officer put a bats installed after Oba to stop the Defendant’s escape, the police officer raised speed by raising speed, driving approximately 30 meters of the 30 meters of the Obaba, thereby getting the police officer over the bottom.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the police officer's duties of traffic control and patrol by carrying dangerous objects with an assault, thereby resulting in the police officer's fault, knee, right hand hand, and right knee, which require medical treatment for about two weeks.

The Defendant, at the Changwon District Court on May 2, 201, issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Changwon District Court on May 2, 201; and the same court on June 10, 2019, issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for the same crime; however, on August 9, 2019, around 70 meters from the front day of the G Park’s neighboring convenience store to the front day of the “I” located in H.
