The defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won for the crime No. 1 in the judgment of the court, and a fine of five months for the crime No. 2 in the judgment of the court.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] On May 28, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor (eight months of imprisonment and four months of imprisonment) in the Daejeon District Court, and the above judgment was finalized on November 27, 2014. On April 2, 2015, the Seoul District Court sentenced the suspension of the execution to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, and the above judgment was finalized on April 10, 2015.
